In 2003, LAMBRO joins S. NAFPLIOTIS S.A.. S. NAFPLIOTIS S.A. is a company with accumulated experience and knowledge in firearms and shotgun cartridge raw materials since 1972. A new era starts for LAMBRO in 2003 with brand development in all levels being its main characteristic. New investments are constantly being made for the creation of new products, communication with hunters, mechanical and technical equipment, innovation, quality and, above all, security. The market rewards us for this choices and the recognition comes in the form of supremacy in the Greek market. Today, LAMBRO is an international brand which is present in many foreign countries where it proudly represents the Greek shotgun cartridge. LAMBRO’s most significant changes and innovations include: - The development of new shotgun cartridge types and calibers every year.
- The establishment of strict cartridge filling standards, aiming at minimal deviation between production series
- It becomes the first Greek company to introduce cartridge traceability. Every production series bears a LOT number and its ballistic characteristics are being recorded. Furthermore a pack of cartridges from each production series is being stored for 12 months.
- The cartridges and the cartridge packs are being labeled according to C.I.P. standards.
- In 2009 it becomes the first – and only up to date – Greek company to hold a C.I.P. safety certificate.
- It designs and manufactures the innovative Direct® cartridge for extreme short range shots.
- In 2011 it modernizes the production lines by installing new latest technology equipment and upgrades quality control by installing a new ballistic station
- 2013. Lambro continues presenting the market with new product staying always in tune with the hunters’/marksmen’s wish for innovation and renewal.
Due to the fact that S. NAFPLIOTIS S.A. has been dealing with shotguns for many years, it is able to produce better cartridges. Today the company employs a staff of 17, with long experience and knowhow in the hunting sport who undergo constant training and improvement.
